Resell Rights Update:
If any updates or amendments are necessary for the provided Master Resell Rights, the Licensor reserves the right to revise the terms to ensure compliance. Moreover, in the event that the Licensor needs to update the terms of the Master Resell Rights due to any modifications or amendments, the Licensee agrees to abide by such updates.
Grant of License:
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, revocable license to:
Resell Content: Licensee is empowered to resell the digital content to third parties, either individually or as part of a larger package.
Modify Content: Licensee retains the right to edit, adjust, or customize the digital content to align with their branding or business requirements before resale.
Extend Master Resell Rights: Licensee may afford their customers the same rights they have received, enabling them to resell the content.
Limitations: Master resell rights by Wecreativelab.com are non-exclusive; the Licensor reserves the right to offer similar licenses to other Licensees.
License Redistribution Prohibition: Licensee is restricted from sublicensing, transferring, or sharing this License with any other party. However, Licensee may create their own license if desired.
Restricted Use Beyond Resell: Licensee may not utilize the digital content for personal purposes, distribute it for free, or for any other purpose beyond resale.
Licensee's Responsibilities:
Disclaimer: Licensee acknowledges that the digital content is provided "as is" without warranties, and absolves the Licensor of any responsibility for damages resulting from its use.
Compliance: Licensee agrees to adhere to all pertinent laws and regulations during the resale and distribution of the digital content.
Termination:
License Breach: Licensor retains the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee violates any of the terms outlined herein.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, Licensee must cease all usage of the digital content and delete any copies in their possession.
Indemnification: The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use, resale, or distribution of the digital content.
Guidelines for Sharing Licensed Products:
The licensee may not download images from Moonandhermagic.com or copy texts for resale or promotion. They must create original content to promote the licensed product.
When sharing templates, the licensee must provide access via their Canva account and not distribute manuals or PDFs provided by Moonandhermagic.com
We recommend making small modifications to the templates, changing fonts, colors, or personalizing them before sharing.
Violation of these rules may result in a DMCA takedown notice. We strongly advise compliance with all rules and laws.
